Once you’ve finished setting up your online insurance account, you’re now ready to add home insurance policies to your account. By adding policies, you’ll be able to view and update billing information on any of your properties, valuables and watercraft you have insured with us, at a time and place convenient to you.
Step 1 – How to Add a Policy
You’ll be asked to enter the policy number and a policy verification code for the insurance policy you would like to save in your profile. Once you enter this information, your policy will automatically be added. It’s that simple.

If you don’t know your policy number or policy verification code, you can call one of our Licensed Insurance Advisors at 1-877-749-7224 and they’ll be happy to provide you with this information over the phone.
By adding a policy to your online insurance profile, you’ll have the benefit of being able to review a summary of your policy/policies at any time. This page will give you a listing of home insurance policies you have added to your profile.
Step 2 – How to View a Policy Summary
Simply click on the policy number from the listing and you’ll be provided with the name(s) of the policyholder(s), term, annual premium and properties attached to your policy.
Step 3 – How to View Details of Your Home
To view details of your home, click on the address of the home you wish to review and you will be shown:
- All of the information you have provided us about your home such as location, construction type and heating system
- The amount of coverage on your home, including your deductible, contents coverage and liability coverage limit
- Insured watercraft and valuable personal belongings with Roger Menard Insurance
- Any endorsements or discounts
- Your annual home premium
